The Euroslim radiant slab is ideal in dry work and was developed specifically for renovation, or other types of work, in buildings where the requested heights are not feasible and it is necessary to lay a dry screed to reduce the duration of the construction site. Dry slabs can be applied on the Euroslim radiant floor slab in support of the floor covering. Galvanized steel diffusers promote heat exchange between the pipe and the surface, while the special interlocking system eliminates the formation of thermal bridges.

The radiant floor slab is a low-thickness underfloor heating and cooling system that consists of an expanded polystyrene insulation board shaped so that the piping can be inserted into the corresponding grooves, above which special steel diffusers have been positioned. When the hot water passes through the piping, the heat spreads over the surface via the diffuser and is transmitted to the screed or steel slab laid above. The piping may be laid with different spacing between pipes so as to adapt to the specific heat demand requirements. The shaped insulation panel permits excellent system efficiency, even with reduced thicknesses; while the high compressive strength (200 kPa at 10% deflection) ensures high panel load resistance. The panel can be complemented by a dry screed, a self-levelling screed or a double steel slab. The system is compatible with all floor coverings (with maximum thermal resistance of 0.15 m2K/W as per UNI EN 1264) subject to verification with the floor manufacturer (glue, formats, etc.).
