Europlus-ten is the radiant floor heating and cooling system that can be laid on a 10 mm EPS slab. The patented clip attachment system ensures the pipe remains firmly anchored to the insulation. Thanks to the self-bonding adhesive backing, it is possible to attach the EPS slab to the floor slab without it becoming detached, or ensure it adheres perfectly to other types of underlying insulation such as EPS, XPS, fiberglass.

Underfloor heating and cooling system consisting of a flat expanded polystyrene insulation panel and a pipe attachment system with special, patented tacker clips. The thickness of the panel is 10 mm and is therefore specific for cases where the need is to reduce thickness. Depending on the heat requirement, 12 mm to 15 mm external diameter piping may be used, with spacing from 7.5 cm to 20 cm. The panel has adhesive film on the underside covered with a sheet of paper so that it can be glued to floor or other suitable insulation materials, thus facilitating installation. The insulation board is made of expanded polystyrene covered with an aluminized multilayer sheathing, marked with guidelines spaced 50 mm apart, which are useful for laying the piping at the correct pitch. The system also includes an 80 mm thick detachable, self-adhesive backed double perimeter strip of closed-cell polyethylene foam; reaction to fire (EPS insulation) Class E (EN 13501-1)..

CERTIFIED RADIANT SYSTEM - 35 MM THICKNESS

The Europlus-Ten plate system may be used together with 15x1.5 mm MidiX Plus piping and Knauf Autolivellina NE 425 to realise a radiant system that is certified for Qk concentrated vertical loads by the Elletipi s.r.l. laboratory. The Euoplus-Ten system is laid in 35 mm thick layers.
