The Euroindustry system is the most suitable solution inside warehouses and sheds with large heights in which the structural engineer has planned to reinforce the screed due to high loads and/or yielding soil.What does it consist of? The system pipe is raised and clamped to an electro welded mesh, resting on the trusses of the alternative system identified by the structural engineer, using special clips. This reduces the thermal resistance above the pipe, so the radiant floor can provide unparalleled thermal performance.

A floor system that is ideal for heating warehouses and sheds with high ceilings. The euroindustry system involves raising the plant piping and using special clips to secure it to an electro welded mesh resting on the trusses on the alternative system, designed by the structural engineer based on the load requirements or the geological conditions of the ground on which the shed is built. A necessary condition for the applicability of the euroindustry system on the reinforcement approved by the structural engineer is that the upper mesh is realised using 8 mm wire. The piping must be laid in a serpentine pattern using U-profiles in the gaps between the vertical elements (e.g., trusses) of the reinforcement designed by the structural engineer. Expanded or extruded polystyrene insulation of the necessary thickness may be positioned under the screed. The system is completed with the elements necessary for correct installation, such as expansion joints, expanded polyethylene insulation sheathing for pipe protection and a 0.2 mm thick polyethylene sheet to be positioned under the panel.

why choose this system

Low thermal inertia

Floor heating is the most energy-efficient means of heating warehouses and sheds with high ceilings. The piping is attached to an electro welded mesh resting on the trusses, so that, by significantly decreasing the thermal resistance, the system can operate at much lower flow temperatures with savings in operation. A floor system with piping placed under the screed would require operating temperatures ~10 K higher.

Euroindustry is suitable for all cases in which the screed has to be reinforced due to extremely high loads or sagging ground. In order to apply the system on the reinforcement provided by the structural engineer, the upper mesh must have an 8 mm wire.

Special patented clip

The special patented clip allows the pipe to be applied in a favoured position within the reinforced screed, the pipe to be firmly and easily attached to the wire mesh and to be oriented in the direction.
