SL 1" manifold, Pre-assembled modular manifold insulated with reinforced polyamide

Modular, pre-assembled SL flow/return manifold, easy to assemble thanks to the innovative Screw & Lock system, made of reinforced polyamide, with integrated thermal insulation chambers, ideal for heating and cooling, complete with: micrometric flow regulator for each circuit, flow meter for each circuit, terminal including fill/drain tap, vent valves, flow thermometer, return thermometer and clip-on local identification plates. Brackets for wall or box-mounted manifold. Possibility of on-site reversibility for upward or downward connections. Preconfigured for mounting electrothermic actuators on each circuit. 1"" GAS connections with flat head arranged for connection with union and flat gaskets. Mounting depth 90 mm or 80 mm using the steel bracket set.

Screw and lock: simple and safe

The innovative Screw&Lock  system allows the SL manifold to be assembled quickly, safely and without the use of special tools. The screw fixings on each individual module are equipped with a double O-ring that guarantees a perfect seal. After screwing, all individual parts of the manifold body can be secured in place by simply pressing on the clips located on the base and top of the modules. The Screw&Lock system allows the connections to be easily reversed or one or more modules to be overturned on site.

Insulated modular manifold

The SL manifold contains an inner air chamber that thermally insulates each module.
This avoids unnecessary heat loss caused by low winter temperatures and condensation problems in the summer, when the radiant system is in cooling mode. Thanks to the specially designed PE shell, the insulation does not stop at the manifold body but also extends to the ball valves.

Manifold equipped with innovative AFC technology

The SL manifold is the only one of its kind to be equipped with the AFC device. AFC is the innovative valve insert for automatic flow regulation.
After selecting the desired value, the valve ensures that it is not exceeded. It is also possible to use this technology in complex systems, or in existing buildings where dimensional data on the system is frequently not available and the use of conventional valves may not be efficient.
