Europlus-Lambda is the radiant floor heating and cooling system designed to meet the needs of a quality-conscious market. It uses an insulation panel consisting of expanded polystyrene sintered with graphite, which improves thermal conductivity and provides excellent insulation performance. The upper part of the panel is covered with aluminized multilayer sheathing, where the guidelines for laying the piping are shown.

TECHNICAL DATA SHEET

Underfloor heating and cooling system consisting of a flat, graphite-sintered expanded polystyrene insulation panel and a pipe attachment system with special tacker clips. The system is available in 4 different thicknesses, which may be selected depending on the installation condition (minimum thermal resistance according to UNI EN 1264). Depending on the heat requirement, 18 mm or 20 mm external diameter piping may be used, with spacing from λD 0.030 W/mk 7.5 cm to 20 cm. The insulation board should be made of expanded polystyrene covered with an aluminized multilayer sheathing, marked with guidelines spaced 50 mm apart, which are useful for laying the piping at the correct pitch. The system also includes detachable, self-adhesive backed double perimeter strip of closed-cell polyethylene foam of the appropriate height for the chosen insulation; reaction to fire (EPS insulation) Class E (EN 13501-1).
