A perfect combination of aesthetics and functionality, very easy to install and totally integrable into the environment, EASY-KLIMA® is the ideal solution for heating and cooling working environments. It is a versatile and cost-effective ceiling that contributes to an extremely comfortable climate and acoustics without neglecting aesthetics. Metal ceilings are designed to create a continuous line in the space and to integrate elegantly and discreetly into any furnishing style. The ceiling consists of steel panels (slats), 0.5 mm thick, uniformly perforated, and Midix Plus 14x1.25 mm piping. Metal slats and pipes are attached to a frame by means of a quick-binder system.

TECHNICAL DATA SHEET
The ceiling consists of type CL225 steel panels (slats) with Ø 2 mm holes – 18.7% of the surface is perforated, resulting in a uniformly perforated ceiling. The ceilings are installed so as to create perfectly horizontal surfaces without ripples or other defects. Slat width: 225 mm Slat length: according to room size (max. 8000 mm).

The suspension frame consists of black steel profiles pre-painted on both sides with oven-baked paint. Thickness: 0.6 mm Dimensions: height 39 mm length 32 mm. The profiles are fitted with punches at a distance of 25 mm to allow the panels of all modules to be cut out (for different lengths) and coupled together. The upper part of the support has fixing slots at 50 mm intervals for fastening the support profile to the support frame using a quickbonder.
The suspension frame structure is invisible and is designed so that each panel can be removed individually without special tools.
5-layer, MidiX Plus type II high-temperature resistant polyethylene PE-RT piping (ISO 22391, ISO 24033, ISO 21003, EN 1264, BRL 5602, BRL 5607, DIN 4726) with EVOH oxygen barrier in the pipe wall and vapor permeability of less than 0.32 mg/(m²d) at 40°C and 3.6 mg/(m²d) at 80°C tested according to ISO 17455 in correspondence with BRL 5602 - BRL 5607 and DIN 4726, EN1264-4, with, class 4 mechanical strength characteristics at 6 bar (ISO 10508) fand an expected service life of 50 years; diameter 14 x 1.25 mm (UNI EN 1264-4); can be laid cold; supplied in rolls of suitable lengths, store in such a way that the pipe is protected from solar radiation; the mechanical properties and the uncoiled and residual metres of the roll are marked on the pipe. COOLING PERFORMANCE
The system achieves cooling yields in excess of 100 W/m2, as shown in the graph below, which illustrates the yields obtained according to EN 14240 in an approved test laboratory. The tests were carried out under static conditions (climatic chamber).

Environmental noise attenuation
Steel ceiling panels have excellent acoustic qualities, they dampen any reverberation, making room acoustics comfortable. If this is not enough, acoustic barriers can be used to further dampen ambient noise between office and office or between office and corridors.
Absence of maintenance
The metal ceiling is maintenance-free because it contains no motors or filters for air conditioning, and it also contains 90% fewer connections than other systems, a feature that further speeds up the installation phase. Modular slats make it easy to insert system elements, and it is just as easy to intervene in the event of an electrical system failure. Moving or adding partitions in no way involves intervention on the plumbing. Connections are made in the corridor area, while in the working areas the pipework is continuous and uninterrupted. This method of installing the metal ceiling makes it possible to secure the areas where the most frequent activities take place (e.g. offices) eliminating the possibility of any leaks within the rooms used.
Quick-fixing system
Thanks to the quick-binder system, fixing the tubing and metal slats is quick and easy. The removal of metal slats is just as easy.
