Innovative pipe uncoiler
Designed to optimise pipe laying, the new compact and transportable pipe uncoiler features:
- lightweight aluminium body
- assembly without screws or tools
- double ball bearings
- uncoiling from inside and outside.
Twist-free installation
The rotating elements and movable guide of the new pipe uncoiler prevent any twisting of the pipe and ensure smooth and fast unwinding.
Pipe length always visible
The new Midix Plus tubing is supplied in convenient rolls wrapped in nylon film and rolled up during production so that the pipe uncoiler can be used from the inside.
The installed metres and the metres still available are clearly marked on the pipe, so that the installer knows at any time how much pipe he still has available and can store and reuse the rolls as desired.
High-temperature resistant polyethylene PE-RT pipe type II MidiX Plus (ISO 22391, ISO 24033, ISO 21003, EN 1264, BRL 5602, BRL 5607, DIN 4726, ISO EN 11855) with EVOH oxygen barrier in the pipe thickness and vapour permeability below 0.32 mg/(md) at 40°C and 3.6 mg/(md) at 80°C tested according to ISO 17455 in correspondence with BRL 5602 - BRL 5607 - DIN 4726 - EN 1264-4 and ISO EN 11855, mechanical strength characteristics that make it class 4 and 5 at 6 bar (ISO 10508) for an expected life of 50 years; cold-layable; supplied in rolls of suitable lengths, stored in such a way that the pipe is protected from solar radiation; the mechanical characteristics and unwinding and residual metres of the roll are marked on the pipe. To guarantee constant product quality, the MIDIX PLUS pipe is subject to product and process testing and control by KIWA N.V., a third party testing body, and has KOMO K 86478 and DIN CERTCO 3V399 PE-RT system certification and CE marking via ETA 17-1013..
