On January 1, 2023, we became a Benefit Company, an important milestone achieved with the valuable cooperation of NATIVA.
Our company now also exists to express a positive impact on society and the biosphere. Our long-term mission will be to create shared value for people and the environment. In fact, the Benefit Company is a corporate form characterized by a threefold purpose: accountability, sustainability, and a commitment to transparency.
- Our charter has been officially amended and is no longer limited to expressing only profit objectives, but also all objectives of public benefit.
- Sustainability becomes an integral part of our business model and cultural model.
- We take responsibility for creating long-term sustainable value for all stakeholders.
- We are committed to transparency: we will report annually on progress and future commitments.
In the long term, we are committed to three macro goals:
- Encourage the well-being and growth of our employees, through training and development, providing a rewarding, purposeful and cohesive work environment, and always keeping their health and safety in mind.
- Promoting sustainable lifestyles among customers through our innovative products by investing in research and development.
- Take care of the environment in which we live by implementing policies to reduce emissions, waste, consumption, and waste disposal, and by committing to renewable energy sources.
