Deuclima 581 DCI is a refrigeration cycle unit developed for a built-in indoor installation in a vertical configuration. The machine is capable of isothermal dehumidification during the summer period, which means that bit is capable of dehumidifying air and returning it to the room at about the temperature at which it was extracted. Dehumidification is based on the physical principle that, when moist air comes into contact with a sufficiently cold surface, it forms condensation droplets, which are then removed via a dedicated drainage unit. In addition, this unit has a refrigerant-water heat exchanger that enables it to function both as an isothermal dehumidifier and as a deuclimatizer (dehumidification and cooling) by inputting cooled as well as dehumidified air to provide maximum comfort. In addition to the heat exchangers inherent to the refrigeration cycle (evaporator and condenser), the unit includes a plate heat exchanger, a hermetic compressor, pre- and post-cooling coils, and a low-speed guaranteeing quiet operation. The unit must be connected to a chilled water supply circuit and condensate drainage unit in order to function correctly.
